The “Dunkaroos” Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) commences April 30, 2020 at 2:00 P.M. Central Standard Time and concludes when all qualified requests are filled. (the “Giveaway Period”). The Giveaway is sponsored by General Mills Marketing, Inc. (“Sponsor”).

Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to all who have entered and reached the age of 18 on or before April 30, 2020. The Giveaway is only open to legal residents of United States and is void where prohibited by law.
Notwithstanding the above, the Giveaway is not open to individuals associated with the Giveaway, including the employees, agents or representatives of the Sponsor (including their respective divisions, subsidiaries, affiliates and advertising or promotional agencies) or others providing prizes or other materials or services in connection with this Giveaway (collectively, the “Excluded Individuals”). This Giveaway is also not open to the immediate family members of the Excluded Individuals, and all other persons with whom the Excluded Individuals reside. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

Entries must be submitted during the Giveaway period, which begins on April 30, 2020 at 2:00 P.M. Central Standard Time and concludes when all qualified requests are filled. Only complete entries will be eligible. Giveaway entry limited to one entry per person/household. Sponsor will not verify receipt of entries. Automated entries are prohibited, and any use of such automated devices or programs will cause disqualification. Sponsor and its advertising and promotion agencies are not responsible for lost, late, illegible, misdirected or stolen entries or transmissions, or problems of any kind whether mechanical, human or electronic. Giveaway entries are the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Giveaway concludes when all qualified requests are filled.

Giveaways
There are 5,000 trays available to be given away: one tray of Dunkaroos per entrant/household. Approximate retail value of each Prize is $1.49 USD Total retail value of all product is $7,450.00. Prizes will be fulfilled within 4 weeks of end of Giveaway.

Selection of Winners and Prize Claims
Packs will be given on a first come, first serve basis to qualified entrants.
The receipt by winner of the prize offered in this Giveaway is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal and state laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ANY WINNER (AT SPONSOR’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE GIVEAWAY AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

General
In addition to the foregoing, in order to be declared a winner by the Giveaway judges, a potential winner must be in compliance with these Official Rules and, in particular, the following: If a potential or declared winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, the Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify such entrant from the Giveaway and select further entrants from the remaining eligible entries until a substitute winner is finally declared. Each declared winner consents to the Sponsor’s use of his/her name, city of residence, entry photograph, voice, statement and image for any publicity or programming purposes, in all media, without remuneration, throughout the world in perpetuity.
All entries become the sole property of, and are subject to verification by, the Sponsor. Any entry that is illegible, incomplete, altered, or contains false information, is invalid. Any attempt to tamper with the entry process, interfere with these Official Rules, deliberately damage any website or undermine the administration, security or legitimate operation of the Giveaway, (collectively referred to as “Prohibited Acts”), is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and/or other relief from all persons responsible for such acts to the fullest extent permitted by law, which may include banning or disqualifying entrants from this and future Sponsor’s Giveaway. For further clarity, Prohibited Acts include, without limitation, the use of any automated equipment to participate in this Giveaway. The Sponsor assumes no responsibility for: entries lost, stolen, delayed, damaged or misdirected, or for the failure, interruption, or delay of any email or other communication to be received, for any reason; problems with the function of any website or website feature howsoever caused; the malfunction of, or damage caused to, any telephone network or lines, computer equipment, data or software, online systems, servers or access providers; any functionality lost due to not having cookies enabled; traffic congestion on the Internet; the security or privacy of information transmitted via computer networks; or for breaches of privacy due to interference by third party computer “hackers”. The Sponsor and Giveaway Delegate shall not be held responsible for any accident, negligence, printing, administrative, or other errors that may arise or occur in connected with the Giveaway. In the event of a dispute regarding submission of an on-line entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the authorized holder of the e-mail account. In the event of a dispute as to any entrant’s submission, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to register will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. A selected entrant may be required to provide Sponsor with proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the selected entry. Proof of sending will not be deemed to be proof of receipt.
Sponsor also reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify from this Giveaway and any future Giveaway or other promotion Sponsor conducts, any individual that it finds or believes to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or Giveaway Website, to be acting in violation of the Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GIVEAWAY IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and the Giveaway Delegate, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
The Sponsor reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to substitute any component of a prize for its cash value or a prize of approximately the same retail value. Prizes are non-transferable, must be accepted as awarded by the Sponsor and cannot be exchanged by a declared winner for cash or other substitutes. The refusal by an entrant to accept any prize releases and forever discharges Sponsor and Giveaway Delegate of all obligations related to the Giveaway or prizes including delivery. The Sponsor reserves the right, at their sole discretion and without prior notice, to amend, cancel, close, suspend or reinstate this Giveaway at any time and for any reason whatsoever. By entering the Giveaway, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules, which shall be final and legally binding in all matters relating to this Giveaway, and which are subject to change without notice to Giveaway entrants individually, and each entrant releases the Sponsor, their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, representatives, agents and advertising and promotional agencies, from all claims or damages, loss or liability suffered as a result of or arising from the entrant’s participation in the Giveaway or the use of any prize. By accepting a prize, each winner agrees to the use of his/her name, city of residence, photograph and/or other likeness in any related publicity for the Sponsor, in any medium, including presence on the Sponsor’s website, without further compensation or permission, worldwide and in perpetuity. Sponsor makes no representation or warranty that any identification, videotape, photograph and/or likeness of any of the winner will be broadcast or used otherwise in any manner. The Giveaway is void where prohibited by law and in Rhode Island and is subject to all applicable federal, state and municipal laws and regulations. All decisions of the Sponsor and Giveaway Delegate are final and binding on all matters relating to the Giveaway. The Giveaway and these Official Rules shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
By entering the Giveaway, entrants agree that the Sponsor shall not be responsible or liable for any losses or injuries of any kind resulting from participating in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession and/or use or misuse of the prize, and agree to release, discharge and hold harmless the Sponsor, the Giveaway Delegate and their respective officers, directors, parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, related companies, advertising and promotional agencies, third party services’ providers and prize suppliers from all claims or damages arising out of entrant’s participation in the Giveaway and/or acceptance, use or misuse of any prize. By entering the Giveaway and voluntarily providing his/her personal information, each entrant consents and agrees to the collection, use, and disclosure of the entrant’s personal information by Sponsor and its authorized agents for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and fulfilling the prize. The Sponsor will not use an entrant’s personal information for any other reason nor will the Sponsor otherwise disclose it to any third party without consent of entrant.
